Ashley Howard - Due his popularity as a Compare, Singer, Actor and prize winning photographer Ashley had to put his broadcasting on the back burner. You can hear him at the Hull Street Life Museum down the High Street in Hull as he is one of the actors who's voices are used with the automatons - listen to the old guard in the guards van and the window cleaner down the Old Staithe, and others. He has worked in the Wolds Prison helping teach drama, he sings as a solo singer and has a number of C.D.'s to his name and now is a regular with the Beverley Community Choir. He has also been involved with a local film company. Now in his 60's he is about (2008) to re-marry (at his age you would think he would know better!!) and start a new chapter in his colourful ever-changing life.
